The Wikwemikong Unceded Indian Reserve No. 26 encompasses the entire peninsula located at the east end of Manitoulin Island in Ontario, Canada, and is partially surrounded by Lake Huron and Georgian Bay. The Wikwemikong Unceded Indian Reserve consists of the main village of Wikwemikong and the satellite communities of Kaboni, Wikwemkongsing, Rabbit Island, Buzwah, South Bay, and Murray Hill.  

The Wikwemikong Unceded Indian Reserve also has holdings on the mainland (Point Grondine).  The main village of Wikwemikong is located 17 kilometres northeast of Manitowaning and 171 kilometres southwest of Sudbury, which is the nearest major commercial centre.
