To Place an Order
Call, write, fax or email your order in at least 2 weeks before you wish to receive it. Some orders may require more notice. Please if you do not receive confirmation from us call to verify we have received your order.
Payment
C.O.D orders will be accepted, a 30% deposit must accompany your order and payment in full before we will ship it out or $10.00 C.O.D charges will be added, to mail orders. Pickup orders will be paid in full at time of pickup. We accept cash, cheques or money orders.
Pick-up
Please call 3 days in advance to advise us of pick-up time.
Mail Orders
We start Spring shipping approximately the second week in April until the last week in May weather permitting. Fall shipping starts approximately the first week in October until the last week in November weather permitting. |

Add $2.50 + 15% of Subtotal for regular mail
Add $5.00 + 20% of Subtotal for xpress mail
Canada post has oversize shipping charges:
Please add $7.50 to shipping cost if any item in your order is 100cm or taller.

Terms & Conditions of Sale
• All items are F.O.B Eden Ontario
• C.O.D. orders will be accepted. A 30% deposit must accompany your order.
• Prices subject to change.
• The Post Office will accept parcels under 7'. Packages are about 1' longer than the tallest tree order.
• For Pick-up orders please include pick-up Date or Three days notice as to pick-up date.
• Ontario Residents add 8% P.S.T. Exemption forms must accompany order.
• Add 7% G.S.T to all orders. NS, NB, Nfld add 15% H.S.T.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities.
• All price are listed as bareroot price unless otherwise stated
Guarantee
We guarantee all stock to be in good condition on leaving the nursery and true to its name. We will not be held responsible for damages to stock due to delays in transit. We do not guarantee any plant material to survive the transplanting since the most important conditions for survival the planting, care and maintenance are beyond our control.
Care of Trees Upon Arrrival
Open package immediately and moisten. Heel-in if you are not planting the trees right away. (Heel-in means to dig a trench the depth of the roots, untie trees spread the trees out in the trench than place the soil over the roots and pack firmly) When planting dig hole giving the roots all the room they need. Well rotted compost is the best to add to the soil at this time. Place water in hole and water frequently after planted. Do not plant to deep or to shallow and pack the ground firmly.
